Any payment for a product made to E-Bizfile. is fully refundable if the filing has not yet been completed by E-Bizfile. On average it will take E-Bizfile. 48 hours to complete your order.
E-Bizfile. advances fees on the customer behalf to file paperwork for their state entity. These fees paid by E-Bizfile. are non-refundable by the state. The customer provides their own personal information, card details, tracked by internet IP after agreeing legally to the web app agreement they are a legally obligated to edit the entity they submit information on.

Our rights to sign documents electronically on your behalf only pertain to business filing and expires 45 days after your order has been submitted.
